What’s Changed?

Enhancements to the sign in process for RTA have been put in place and these enhancements and are changes to be aware of.

  • RTA is now implementing the ability for users to update their own passwords by adding a Forgot Password link at sign in

  • RTA log ons are no longer running through a Microsoft Online account

  • Emails will now be a required field on the user profile for use with the forgot password link

  • Admins can now force a password reset for users

  1. Users will no longer see a log in box for Microsoft at any point during the process

  2. Since the URL is moving away from Microsoft, the password will not auto-fill from a previously saved online password vault and the password will need to be typed in manually

  3. Users with password vaults will want to update the URL and login to any password vaults such as One Password to save the new log in URL and user/password combo
