The equipment list displays all equipment that have been added to the RTA software. This list can be viewed as a whole or can be sorted/adjusted for specific views. The ability to sort and customize columns as well as export the master list are available.

This article will cover the various columns that can appear on the Equipment Master List as well as actions that can be taken while viewing the list.
Searching the Equipment Master List
The search bar at the top of the master list will allow the user to search by specific datasets.

Enter the date to search in the search bar
Press Enter
The list will re-display with all the line items that contain a matching result.

Columns appearing on the Equipment Master List
There are 15 columns available for display on the Equipment Master List. Users can use the “Column Chooser” option to remove or add columns from list. Refer to Customizing Master List Columns for instructions on doing so if needed. The description of each is listed below.
Number = The file number/reference number for the equipment in RTA software
Description = The description of the equipment as entered during the creation of the file
Status = Current status of the equipment (In inventory, Mounted, Repair, ETC)
Facility = The facility that the equipment is assigned to
Asset = The asset that the equipment is mounted/ attached to
In Service = Date and time
Model = The model of the equipment as entered during the creation of the file
Serial = The serial number for this equipment as entered during the creation of the file
Manufacturer = The manufacturer for this equipment as entered during the creation of the file
Type = The type of equipment as entered during the creation of the file
Mounted = The date that the equipment was mounted to an asset
Dismounted = The latest date the equipment was dismounted from an asset
Customer = The customer within RTA that this equipment is assigned to
Department = The department within RTA that this equipment is assigned to
Comments = This column is feeding from the Notes section in the equipment file
Actions that can be performed on the Equipment Master List
There are multiple items that can be taken from the Master List at the click of a button. Below is a list of actions that can be performed from the list. Detailed instructions for each may be located elsewhere and a link to the appropriate will be provided.
