This professional service is ideal for when you have distinct requirements that go beyond the capabilities of our standard reports, helping you gain actionable insights and make informed decisions based on precise, relevant data.

Instructions for Requesting a Custom Report

1. Fill Out Requestor Contact Information*

Complete all required fields in the "Requestor Contact Information" section:

  • Name

  • Organization

  • Phone

  • Email

2. Select Scope of Modification*

Indicate the type of request:

  • Custom Report: Choose this if you need a new report designed specifically to meet unique requirements.

  • Help with Creating My Own Report: Select this if you need assistance in building a report yourself.

  • Redesign of Existing Report: If you need modifications to an existing report, choose this option.

  • Other: For any other specific request not covered above.

3. Specify the System*

Indicate which version of the system this report is for:

  • Fleet360

  • Classic

4. Provide Report Request Details*

Report Title:

  • Give a brief, descriptive title for the report.

Purpose and Description:

  • Describe the report's objective and what it should accomplish. If modifying an existing report, include the current report name and required changes.

Data Desired:

  • List the specific data points (columns) you need in the report.

5. Define Data Requirements

Specify details regarding the data you need in the report:

  • Date Range: Indicate the time period for the data (e.g., today’s date, last month).

  • Sorting Hierarchy: Specify how you would like the data sorted. For example, "Facility -> Vehicle -> Work Order."

  • Aggregates: Describe any aggregations you need, such as totals, averages, or counts. For example, "sum of labor cost" or "average miles per vehicle per month."

6. Additional Information and Attachments

Additional Information:

  • Provide any other relevant details to help us create a report tailored to your needs.

Attachments:

  • Attach any example spreadsheets, screenshots, or other supporting materials that illustrate your requirements.

7. Acknowledge Potential Costs*

  • Confirm understanding that services relating to report creation may incur a quote by checking the acknowledgment box.

8. Submit the Request

  • Once all required fields are completed and the acknowledgment is checked, click Send to submit your request.
