Form Maintenance

Checking the form queue to process a form is very easy in Fleet360

  1. Log into Fleet360 and navigate to Form Queue under the Form Management menu tab

  1. Find the submitted form to process in the queue and click on it

  1. When the form opens you will see the submitted information and have the ability to update the form status in the top right

  1. The history tab will show the status change history of the form to show the process of the form

  1. The notes tab will show any notes that were added when the form was created

  2. Attachments will show any attachments loaded by the form submitter and also any signatures that were captured

Summitting a Form

There are two ways to submit a new form, using Fleet360 or using a URL link

  1. Log into Fleet360 and navigate to Form Queue under the Form Management menu tab

  1. Click the plus button in the top right

  1. Choose a Form from the template list and click “Select”

  1. Fill out the form and click Submit

Form Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode allows you to have a place for people to go and fill out the forms in a central location, those who may not have direct access to a computer or a log in to RTA

  1. From the Form Queue tab, click the 3-dot menu in the top right

  1. Select “Kiosk” from the menu

  1. Fill out the form with what Facility and Form Template you want, then click on “Start Kiosk Mode”

  1. The screen with display the form for them to fill out with a submit button at the bottom. Once submitted it returns to a blank form for the next person to use

Creating a URL is quick and easy and can be placed on the company website for easy access

  1. From the Form Queue tab, click the 3-dot menu in the top right

  1. Select “Kiosk” from the menu

  1. Fill out the form with what Facility and Form Template you want, then click on “Copy Link”

  1. The link is now copied and can be pasted in a central location or sent over to the appropriate party to access.
