  1. Select Master > Part > File Maintenance from the RTA main menu (MPM).
  2. Enter a part number or press F1 to select a part from the lookup list.

    Make the changes as needed. Changes to the inventory quantity can be made by selecting *Utilities > Adjust Parts* from the menu or clicking on the *Adjust Parts* icon on the toolbar.Changes to the inventory quantity can also be made through the *Inventory \[Adjustment\]* option (PAI).



  4. Save the changes.
