Accident Maintenance provides an area in RTA Fleet360 for tracking accidents, creating work orders from those accidents and staying on top of the progress of accident claim processing.

2. The Accident Maintenance screen gives you two options:

   1. Create a new accident

   2. Process an accident form that was filled out here or came in from RTA Mobile.

Create a New Accident Form Report

1. Click on the plus button in the top right

2. Select the appropriate form to fill out (Accidnet Accident Forms must be created first, Refer to Create Accident Forms here)

3. Click Select

4. Fill out the form

5. Click Submit

6. You can now process the accident or leave it in maintenance until all information is collected to process

Processing an Accident Form

1. Click on the accident you want to process and it will open to a main screen

2. The top panel is accident info which can still be edited if necessary

   1. Accident Date

   3. Driver

   4. Accident Status

   5. Accident Location

   6. Customer

   7. Department

   1. This tab will be the accident form which was filled out by the driver, operator or user

   1. This tab is a free form area to track any notes for acciendt accident tracking and processing

   1. This tab allows you to add insurance information by clicking on “Add Insurance” for all involved parties for quick access to the information, rather than having to find it in the accident info tab each time
