If this is your first time signing in, you'll need to first activate your account and set your password

If your account was created with an email address

If your account was created with an email address, you should have received a welcome email from Xerifleet. If you did not, please check your junk mail or other filtered mail folders. This welcome email includes a one-time activation code that you will have to use when setting your account password. You just need to open the app and follow the instructions from the email. Here are the steps:

  1. Open the mobile app

  2. If the app is already logged in to another account, logout

  3. Click "Email Login"

  4. Click "Activate New Account"

  5. Enter the email address

  6. Enter the activation code from the welcome email sent to the employee

  7. Enter a secure password (at least 6 digits)

  8. Click "Sign In"

If your account was created using your Employee ID

Since we don't have a way to send account activation and sign-in instructions to you directly, you will need to get your activation instructions from your administrator who created your account. Instructions are automatically emailed to your administrator when they created your account. Once these instructions are delivered, here are the steps to login with your new account:

  1. Open the mobile app

  2. If the app is already logged in to another account, logout

  3. Click "Employee ID Login"

  4. Click "Activate/Reset Password"

  5. Enter the Employee ID/Number

  6. Enter the company code (found in the instructions, also found in the app settings: Fleet/Settings/Company)

  7. Enter a secure password (at least 6 digits)

  8. Click "Sign In"

If you've already activated your account and set your password:

Login is very similar to account activation. Instead of clicking "Activate/Reset Password" just enter your email/password (for email logins), or your employee ID/password (for employee ID logins).is now RTA Inspect, please see the details of this knowledge base page here: https://docs.rtafleet.com/rta-manual/rta-inspect/i%27m-a-rta-inspect-driver%252C-how-do-i-sign-in%253F/
