Accident Maintenance provides an area in RTA Web for tracking accidents, creating work orders from those accidents and staying on top of the progress of accident processing.
Navigate to the accidents tab on the left side menu panel

You will see any accident forms here that were completed from the RTA Mobile App, or be able to fill out an accident form if one was not done by a driver or operator at the time of the accident or incident

Click on the accident you want to process and it will open to a main screen
