Enter the odometer reading for the unit at the time of return or accept the default value displayed. This field is required and cannot be left blank. Odometer updates made through Motor Pool will be reflected in the RTA vehicle record. For example, if the vehicle traveled 500 miles and the odometer is updated in Motor Pool, the vehicle odometer and mileage will be updated in the RTA system as well.
Press the OK button to complete the check in and close the reservation.

Printing the Rental Invoice

To print a rental invoice for the customer and/or your files, press the print icon or File, Print from the pull down menu.
