The Zone Maintenance Module streamlines fleet management by grouping regions into zones, improving asset and resource oversight. This structured approach enhances reporting and operational efficiency, allowing managers to monitor regional performance, generate focused reports, and collect essential data—such as labor and costs—for informed decision-making. By organizing operations into geographically or functionally relevant units, the module simplifies complex fleet management tasks.

This document contains instructions for adding and deleting zones to Fleet360.

Adding a Zone

  1. From the main menu, select Organization> Facilities> Zone

  2. Select the NEW ZONE box

  1. Click save and the new Zone will now be created

  1. To tie regions to the specific zone, click on the create zone title from the list

  2. The Zone details opens on the right side

  3. Select the image-20241016-164816.png in the Zone details to add Regions to your new Zone

  4. Select the Regions you want to add to your region by clicking on the check box image-20241016-164922.png (If regions do not appear, it is because they have not been set up. Refer to Regions for more information)

Deleting Regions within the Zone

  1. From the main menu, select Organization> Facilities> Zone

  2. Click on the zone where the regions will be edited

  3. Click the trashcan icon next to the region to be removed from the zone

Deleting a Zone

  1. From the main menu, select Organization> Facilities> Zone

  2. Click on the trashcan next to the zone or region you wish to delete

  3. Click delete when the confirmation box pops up
