The Mechanic Accountability report prints an itemized list of everything the shop or a particular mechanic has worked on—similar to the output from the View Days Work option (WPV). This report will list when mechanics clocked in, each job and indirect job they worked on, when they clocked off for lunch, and when they clocked off for the day. Management can easily account for most of the mechanics' time by looking at this report. To print the Mechanic Accountability report, select the Accountability option (RSA)

• Select the radio button to specify whether to sort the report by date or transaction number.
• Enter the starting mechanic number or press F1 to select a mechanic from the lookup list.
• Enter the ending mechanic number or press F1 to select a mechanic from the lookup list.
• Enter the starting transaction number or press ENTER to accept the default value.
• Enter the ending transaction number or press ENTER to accept the default value.

If you have selected to print the report by date range, you'll also need to:

• Enter the starting date or press F1 to select a date from the calendar.
• Enter the ending date or press F1 to select a date from the calendar.
