Report Output
The Reservation Cost Breakdown Report provides a structured summary of reservation costs per facility. The report includes individual reservation details along with subtotaled costs grouped by department or customer. Key data points include mileage, fuel, cleaning fees, class rates, late fees, and total costs. The report also provides totals for each category at different grouping levels.
