Vehicle Wash Module

This add-on module for the RTA Fleet Management software provides a method for tracking vehicles that are washed. The washes can be manually keyed into a data entry screen, or can be recorded with our portable tricoder handheld unit. The tricoder's data can then be downloaded into the RTA Wash Module and will update the vehicles with the cost of the wash.

Cost Setup by Vehicle Class
Add the cost of the washes in the Vehicle Class Codes (MVC). Edit a class code, then click on the "Rates" tab. Here you will see two fields: Wash rate 1 and Wash rate 2 (Wash rate 1 could be the cost of an exterior wash, Wash rate 2 could be the cost of an exterior and interior wash).Fill in the wash rates for each class of vehicles that you track.
