Replacement Scoring Report (SQL Only)

(SQL System Only)

This Report will give information based off the APWA standard of 5 categories which include:

  • Projected age “life expectancy”
  • Condition
  • Projected meter “life expectancy”
  • Maintenance costs compared to purchase price of vehicle
  • Service count per year (either line or work order count)

This new feature can be set up under the Vehicle Class Replacement tab located in the Class Codes. A vehicle condition field has been added so that mechanics closing the work on a vehicle can update its condition. This can be done through paperless shop or on the Master > Vehicle > File Maintenance screen.

This report uses the AWPA Standards to score, each category can reach up to 5 points, 5 being the highest. The higher your number reaches, the more likely the vehicle needs to be replaced.
