RTA Web - Work Accomplished (Completion Codes)

Work Accomplished Codes are an option which, when closing a Work Order Line, an accomplishment code can be attached. Accomplishment codes define the type of work that was completed by the technician on the job. You can add up to 99 completion codes.

Adding new completion codes

These codes are assigned at the Add/Edit a Work Order Line screen.

From the main menu, select Maint. & Repair> Settings> Work Accomplished

1. Select the NEWCODE Box

2. Add a code number and description

Open

3. Click save and the new completion code should display on your codes list

Editing a completion code

1. Select the completion code you wish to edit by clicking on it from the list.

2. Click in the code # and description box, and you will be allowed to enter the new information.

3. Click the check mark to confirm.

Deleting a completion code

1. Click on the trashcan next to the code you wish to delete.

2. Click delete when the confirmation box pops up.
