Procedure

  • Set available time slots based on shop hours of operation and mechanic availability
  • The Scheduler Kiosk screen (Schedule Vehicle Service), is accessed outside of RTA
  • Customer requests service on a vehicle from Kiosk calendar for an available time slot
  • Management approves or declines service requests
  • Management creates a Job Line on a new or existing Work Order from requests
  • Follow-up Customer notifications are triggered along the way until Service is done
