1. Select System > Utilities > Vehicles > Move Dept to New Facility from the RTA main menu (STVM).
2. Enter password level 1.
3. Enter the facility number or press F1 to select a facility from the lookup list.
4. Read the message displayed and choose Yes to continue the renumbering process.
5. Enter the new vehicle facility or press F1 to select a facility from the lookup list.
6. Enter the department number to be renumbered/relocated.
7. Enter the new facility number or press F1 to select a facility from the lookup list. Vehicles will be left in the original facility if the vehicle number already exists in the new facility; be sure to note them and make any necessary adjustments.

Move Selected Vehicles to a New Facility

1. Select System > Utilities > Vehicles > Move Selected Vehicles from the RTA main menu (STVV).
2. Read the message displayed and choose Yes to continue the process.
3. Enter the facility number or press F1 to select a facility from the lookup list.
4. Check the boxes for all of the vehicles you would like to move
5. Choose the facility you want to move the vehicles to and hit OK.
