The need to get a better idea of what is being used in RTA and how often a feature is being used is what created this toolin order to better improve our product and usage for our customers. It stores the data in a new file "syscull.rta." and automatically sends diagnostics and usage information. There is a system switch that will allow the user to turn off this tool if they desire. SSM #45. We do not encourage this option. Gathering the data will happen when the user does a version release. There is already a process in place that is informing RTA that the update has been installed. We will piggyback the file in this process. |
