If you have your own fuel tanks, you will want to add your tanks and pumps to the system. Otherwise, skip go to the section titled “Entering Fuel Transaction”page Quick Fuel Entries. Prior to building a Fuel Depot, you will want to collect the following data:

1. Tank Capacities
2. Current Tank Stick Readings
3. Current Pump Meter Readings
4. Current Cost of Fuel
