The Vehicle Status Report is a great tool in finding out which vehicles are available, reserved, checked out, etc. It is possible to print specific statuses or all statuses. If the all statuses option is selected, the report will first print the available vehicles, then the reserved vehicles, next the checked out vehicles, and finally the out of service vehicles.
To run the report, select the Vehicle Status Report menu option (RMS).

  • Select the vehicle or type radio button to specify the sort order.
  • Enter the starting vehicle or type, or press F1 to select a vehicle or type from the lookup list.
  • Enter the ending vehicle or type, or press F1 to select a vehicle or type from the lookup list.
  • Select the vehicle status to include on the report: All, Available, Checked out, Out of service, Past pick up, Reserved. To do so, click the down arrow next to the status options to select from the drop down list, or use the Up arrow and down arrow keys to change the status options.
