Paperless Inspections and Posting Part Kits added to Mobile

Mechanics can now fill out and complete Inspections from within the mobile app. Once they are clocked on to a job that has an inspection, they will now see a button to open up the inspection. For more info, go to https://rtafleet.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HK/pages/659816454
