Report Output and Data Elements

Report Output

Once the PM Due 30 Days by Dept report is run, it will display a detailed view of PM tasks due within the next month, sorted by facility, vehicle, and department. Key information includes the vehicle's PM code, description of the PM task, previous maintenance details, current meter readings, and due status (e.g., "Past Due," "Due Now," "Due Soon"). There is a facility footer that contains a pie chart that displays the PM status for that particular facility. This layout aids in identifying priority tasks and allows fleet managers to track overdue maintenance.
