SSM Misc1# 50 - Require Mechanics to enter WO line notes when closing off jobs as complete in Paperless Shop, or when closing lines in the WO maintenance utility – or both.
Required note characters can be set for various areas, either for lines notes or for 3-C Notes.
When the switch is set to “Yes,” if a work order line is attempted to be closed without notes, the error below will be prompted. The line will not close without the proper character amount of notes:
