Service Requests Menu Table of Contents

Service requests gives the ability for anyone to submit a request for services. They can select a preferred date, time and also upload attachments. These requests can then be scheduled through the Shop Scheduler, or a Work Order can be created from that screen. The requester will be notified by email or SMS when their request is scheduled and closed.
