RTA Knowledge Base

The RTA Knowledge Base is a catalog of all the articles for all forms of RTA’s Software. Once launched, it will open another web tab with the URL docs.rtafleet.com.

Save time by letting our AI Assistant search the knowledge base for you. See the AI Assistant section of this article.

  2. A new tab will open in your web browser with the URL docs.rtafleet.com

  3. Use the menu at the top and click on Fleet360 to launch articles specific to the software OR

  4. Use the spyglass to do a search for specific content

When performing a search, be sure that the article you plan to click on lists Fleet360 under it. If not, you will be launching an article for a different piece of software owned by RTA.

When launching the Fleet360 Articles Table of Contents from the top menu, note that the articles menu on the left is arranged in the order items appear in the Fleet360 default software menu.

Tutorials

The tutorials section will take users to micro-learning video tutorials available for viewing. This can reduce the time to upskill in the software and even supply a means to train new staff in the fleet.

2. Expand series titles to see all tutorials available in that series

  1. Click on a video title to view that video

Announcements

Announcements will display new releases to the software as well as any other special messages we want to let users know about.

An alert will display on the resource center icon when there are announcements that have not been viewed. Keep an eye on this section as RTA will alert of new features and enhancements to the software that continues to help your fleet succeed.

AI Assistant

Save search and research time by using the AI Assistant in Fleet360. Ask a question or post a word or phrase and the AI Assistant will search the Knowledge Base for you and return an answer if one is found.

  1. Launch the resource center using the question mark icon in the top right

  2. Click into the “Ask Anything” field at the bottom of the resource center options

  3. Since the Assistant is AI-based, be sure to talk to it as you would a human and be specific about what you are looking for

  4. For example, if wanting information on how to process a work order, enter it in question form like “How do I create a new work order?”

    1. Entering something like “work order” will likely provide inaccurate results than what the user is looking for since work orders is a broad topic with many levels

  5. Read through the information provided and users can also click the provided document links that the AI produces as well if they’d like to dig deeper into the topic or access the documentation that the AI Assistant used to provide the information

The chat history remains until a user selects the “New Chat” button
