Ensuring Receipt of RTA Communications

If you are not receiving emails from RTA sent from our HubSpot account, there are a few steps to take to ensure that this is corrected.

  • Add RTA’s from email address to your email client address book. This tells the inbox that it should expect to receive emails coming from that address. Each email client has a different process for adding email addresses, which can be found in their help documentation.

  • Request that your IT/Email team add RTA’s email sending domains to their allow list. This tells your email server that it should expect to receive emails from any from address containing those domains.

  • Request your IT/Email team add RTA’s sending IP addresses to your allow list. See the list below

  • Open and click links in emails received from RTA. This tells the inbox to trust emails coming from RTA’s address and email sending domain.

  • Move RTA emails found in your SPAM/junk folder back to the inbox. This tells the inbox where to place that email in the future and improves RTA’s domain's sender reputation.
