Deleting a Paperless Inspection from Work Order Line

It may be necessary to delete a paperless inspection that has been attached to a work order line. Follow the steps below to delete the inspection.

  1. Access the work order from the work order search list

  2. Click on the line within the work order that has the inspection needing to be deleted

  3. Click on the inspection link

  4. Click the delete button in the upper right corner of the inspection

If an inspection template is accidentally deleted from a work order line, simply add the template again. Any inspection items completed prior to deletion, will need to be redone to record properly.
