Editing Equipment PMs

You have the ability to change the PM VMRS, when doing this the service reminder description will update to the one for that VMRS code. Additionally, you can update the dates for last done, current, due date and interval day.

Editing the Service Reminder PM

1. Open the equipment file that needs to be updated/edited.

2. Click on the Service Reminder tab

3. Click in the section that you wish you update: Interval Day, VMRS, Description, Last Done, Current, Due Date

4. The Edit PM window will pop-up

5. Click into the tab and enter the new information

6. A pop-up message will show up stating: PM Updated

7. Click, Done
