Posting Estimate Miscellaneous Charges

Costs that don’t fall under parts, labor, or warranty can be posted out as a Miscellaneous option.

To post Miscellaneous Charges to an Estimate Work Order job line:

1️⃣ Navigate to: Maint. & Repair ➝ Work Orders ➝ Estimate Work Order
2️⃣ Select an existing Estimate from the list.
3️⃣ Open the Estimate and locate the job line to post Miscellaneous Charges to.

1. To post out miscellaneous charges, click one of the post options and ensure that the Miscellaneous tab is selected in the Posting window.

2. You can now enter the information on the fields, item, price, quantity and description. Click the post button and the transactions section of the page will update with the miscellaneous charge.
