Problem

When running RTA, you get the following error:

Recursion error usually appears because you have some issues with your cblconfi file. It occurs because you are going to too many levels deep without going into the main screen. Imagine like the movie Inception. You go into a screen within a screen. There may be other reasons for this error that we are investigating so give us a call if the steps below don't work.

  1. Check inside of you cblconfi file to make sure there is a line that says recursion 1
  2. Check to make sure the max files and max locks in your cblconfi file are at 512
