Adding New Road Call


  1. Start in WO's > Road Call/Break Downs > Road Call Maintenance (WKR).
  2. Select "New Road Call".
  3. Enter Vehicle Number.
  4. Enter Current Odometer, Date and Time of the Breakdown.
  5. Enter Latitude and Longitude. GPS Coordinates will be filled automatically from what is located in the Vehicle GDF or will be blank if there is nothing there.
  6. Enter Driver ID.
  7. Enter Complaint.
  8. Now you are ready to Add a Vendor.
