Road Call Module and Truck down

This add-on module within the RTA system will provide a tracking capability for breakdowns. It is integrated with the Work Order module and also has external interfaces with "Truck Down" to locate nearby vendors for the vehicle that has broken down. This module provides a streamlined way to create, post, and resolve Outside Work Orders while a vehicle is off site and broken down.
