Report Summary

The Equipment Status Log History report provides a detailed log of equipment status changes within a specified facility, capturing each status update, including inventory periods, mounted status, and repair times. This report is especially useful for fleet managers to monitor equipment utilization, track inventory status, and assess maintenance needs over time.

Use Case

  • Track equipment utilization across different statuses (e.g., In Inventory, Mounted).

  • Analyze the duration of each status for operational and maintenance planning.

  • Identify equipment usage patterns for improved fleet allocation and scheduling.

  • Monitor facility-level status summaries to streamline asset management.

  • A summary table for each facility, summarizing the total time equipment spent in each status (e.g., In Inventory, Mounted, Repair, Scrapped), with grand totals provided for each status.
