Report Output and Data Elements

Report Output

Running each WO Open-Close Reports generates a detailed list or summary of work orders based on their status (open or closed) over a 30-day or 90-day period. The summary report includes graphical representations comparing open versus closed work orders over 90 days and the current period (30 days). Key metrics, such as the total number of open and closed work orders, provide a quick overview for the user. Totals for closed and open work orders are highlighted at the top of the summary chart, and the bar charts allow for a visual comparison.
