Report Summary

The PM Compliance Report provides a detailed summary of preventive maintenance (PM) tasks completed for vehicles within a specified date range. It includes facility and customer breakdowns, PM completion status, and performance metrics such as early, on-time, and late PM completions. This report is valuable for fleet managers to ensure maintenance schedules are being followed and to identify trends in delayed PM tasks.

Report Output and Data Elements

Report Output

The PM Compliance Report displays data grouped by facility and customer. It includes detailed PM compliance statuses, showing PM completions along with vehicle and customer summaries. Key metrics include PM due dates, completion dates, meter usage, and performance metrics (early, on-time, and late completions). Summary sections at the bottom of the report show totals for each facility and department.
